Where Does Inspiration Come From?

Several years ago, I purchased what turned out to be my favorite chair . . .

I got some extra yardage of the fabric with the intention of making a matching foot stool. That never happened. So as much as I enjoyed having this gorgeous fabric stacked neatly in my stash, it seemed a shame not to use it. But for what? I decided since I so love my Wing Chair and it being Skellie Month, maybe a Skellie Doll would enjoy having one too . . .

Not quite as sophisticated as the original, but this mini Wing Chair was lots of fun to make and the Skellie loves it!

How on earth did you manage to create a perfect miniature replica? It's wonderful - your talents know no bounds! The fabric itself is lovely!

So perfectly proportioned. I love how you planned out the back to fit the design. My friend has the same fabric on her living room furniture--love it! ~Roberta
